Please note that the Meridian Senior Center is not a program or facility of the City of Meridian. 
It is an independent program run by its own board of directors.
 
Exercise Classes
Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at 9:30 am at the Meridian Senior Center. The cost is 50-cents per class. Wednesday's classes are taught by a Certified Instructor.
 
Happy Hoofers Walking Group
This group of walkers stroll briskly through the parks during the warm weather months and through indoor locations during the cold weather months. Walks generally take place at 8:00 am and 8:00 pm each day. For more information, call Carolin Curtis at 884-5165. If you play a musical instrument, be part of the Harmony Hoofers and bring your musical instrument along.
 
Saint Luke's Foot Care Clinics
This Thursday offering is by appointment only. To schedule an appointment, call 381-1167.
 
Alzheimer Support Group
This gathering of people who care for someone with Alzheimer's meets the First Tuesday of every month at 10:00 am at the Meridian Senior Center. For more information, contact Cindy Hill at 888-5555.
 
Pinochle
Monday and Tuesday evenings at 7:00 pm at the Meridian Senior Center
 
Bridge
Tuesdays and Fridays at 12:30 pm at the Meridian Senior Center. For information on Tuesday bridge, contact Doris Hovie at 898-9264. For information on Friday bridge, contact Cherie Edwards at 884-1953.
 
Art Class
Every Tuesday at 1:00 pm at the Meridian Senior Center. Taught by an instructor with 30+ years of experience. Cost is $2.50 per class. For details, contact Carl at 888-6846. 
 
Sewing Class
Held the Second and Third Thursdays of each month at 1:00 pm at the Meridian Senior Center. Cost is $1.00 per class.
 
Dance Lesson

Cash Bingo
Every Friday evening at 6:30 pm. The cost is $6.50 - $13.00 per packet.  (Must be 18 or over to play) 
Volunteers are also needed to help with the Friday night bingo games at the Meridian Senior Center. For more information, call 888-5555.
 
Senior Club Chuck-a-Rama
The Meridian Senior Center sells $1 cards for the Senior Club at Chuck-a-Rama restaurant which entitles seniers to a 15% discount off the price of their meals. Also, senior diners who buy 10 meals will then get one free. Proceeds from the sale of these cards benefit the maintenance and operation of the Meridian Senior Center.
