By accessing the Blue Cross website www.bcidaho.com and clicking on the Members option, you can register to access health information on-line. You register by clicking on the Need to register? link on the right side of the screen and it will prompt you to enter information from your health insurance card as well as an e-mail address and a password that you designate. Once registered, you can log in and access information about wellness, pharmacies, primary care physicians, etc. as well as request explanation of benefits, change your name and address, change primary care physicians, or locate contact information. You can also conduct on-line inquiries regarding patient eligibility, referral information and your claim status by clicking on the icon My Health Plan in the lower right hand corner of the page. These are just a few examples of the information offered on-line so please take a moment to register and check out the Blue Cross website.
